Henrik Jyrk is based in Copenhagen. He has previously won awards as a head chef at various restaurants and took home top honours in Denmark's largest cooking competition, "Sol Over Gudhjem," in both 2016 and 2017. Additionally, he is a regular feature on the TV breakfast show "Go' morgen Danmark."

Henrik's mission is to make gourmet food accessible to as many food lovers as possible, combining the latest global trends with original, natural flavours.
