Ingredients are meticulously sourced: some from nearby rivers and lakes, others foraged from the forests, while game and artisanal products come from trusted local suppliers. Watch as Nicolai prepares your meal over an open fire, serving dishes family-style for a shared dining experience.

Accompanying your feast, enjoy a selection of Nordic and European beverages crafted from fruits, berries, and, of course, grapes. Non-alcoholic options are equally curated, sourced from Knystaforsen or their close partners.
