Join our workshop in the Community Tent by the Open-Air Stage and discover how easy it is to add this sea-sourced superfood to your everyday meals.

Dansk Tang (Danish Seaweed) will tempt your tastebuds with a two-minute smoothie featuring their “Isefjord Mix” of dried, granulated seaweed.

Create your own fresh seaweed salad (just like the ones from your favourite fishmonger, but with Danish seaweed!). Then, explore a fascinating variety that looks and tastes like snap peas, magically changing colour when cooked!

Founded in 2016, Dansk Tang is a family-owned business with two investors. They supply fresh and dried seaweed to such top restaurants as MOTA and Noma, as well as to cafeterias, cafés, and caterers.

Their ambitious goal? To become one of Denmark's first carbon-negative food companies.

The event will take place in the Communal Tent in front of The Open-Air Stage.

NOTE: This is a drop-in event, so all curious foodies are welcome! Stop by for inspiration and tastings while supplies last. Participation is free.
