Twenty years ago, the vision for New Nordic Cuisine was outlined in ten objectives emphasising seasons, ethics, sustainability, and quality. Claus Meyer and 12 signatories spearheaded this manifesto, establishing the Nordic region as a world-renowned culinary destination.
