Francis is primarily a chef. After many years as a restaurateur, he has spent the last five years managing a small-scale agricultural operation and serving on the board of the international cooking competition Bocuse d’Or.

Victor has followed in his father’s footsteps into the food industry, including as an entrepreneur in the catering world and co-owner of a delicatessen. Together with his father, he plays a pivotal role in the operation of the Cardenau company.
