Discover the fascinating world of the bee family, its intricate hierarchy, and the incredible process of pollination.
Bornholm Honning (Honey) began as a hobby in 2012 and has since grown into something bigger. The bees pollinate rapeseed, white clover, and specialty crops for Bornholm farmers. The honey's flavour changes with the season and the flowers the bees forage on, creating a unique taste experience every time they “harvest” their honey
The event will take place in the Communal Tent in front of The Open-Air Stage.
NOTE: This is a drop-in event, so all curious foodies are welcome! Stop by for inspiration and tastings while supplies last. Participation is free.
