Today's host, Annette Heick, will take Brian Mark Hansen back to the beginning of his journey towards the prestigious title. He will tell his story and share his thoughts and experiences about the tough competition, which is not for the faint-hearted.
Brian Mark Hansen has been head chef at Søllerød Kro since 2013 and has won several awards for his utterly unique style. In the past, he has been around such prestigious places as Ruth's Hotel in Skagen, Kong Hans Kælder and Christiansholm Castle.
