Join us on an adventure under the sea when Restaurant Paafuglen invites us to an evening where it is all about fish. We serve a delicious 3-course menu spiced up with a tour of Tivoli's impressive 30-meter-long tropical coral reef aquarium.
The evening will start with a glass of champagne in the restaurant, after which the first two courses will be served. Both dishes will demonstrate the incredible taste that the delicious food from the sea has to offer.
Afterwards, it is time to explore the live fish in the beautiful aquarium. The fish will be fed during the visit, while one of the aquarium's skilled employees tells us about the amazing fish.
Finally, we will enjoy the dessert back in the restaurant – that is, if you haven't been too close to the pirate fish!
• Welcome champagne
• Fried spiny lobster glazed in reduced chicken broth. Served with stuffed artichoke with mussel compote, late summer herbs and mussel sauce.
• Baked cod in lardo and seasonal herbs. Served with crushed potatoes fried in duck fat, grilled cucumber, pickled apple, and a cod bisque with dill oil.
• Lemon cheesecake on a base of dark chocolate with marinated orange fillets. Served with mint granita.

Price: DKK 450 per person incl. welcome champagne, 3-course menu, and a guided tour of Tivoli's Aquarium.
