Stop by Restaurant Påfuglen and enjoy a true flower bombardment while you savor your meal.
Multi-artist Signe Kejlbo has embellished the restaurant's orangery with large enchanting and magical paper flowers.
Signe Kejlbo's most recent exhibition, "The Rose Cannon," in the Round Tower featured flowers from floor to ceiling. A selection of these flowers now forms this fantastic flower installation in the magnificent premises of Påfuglen. They will undoubtedly delight you and fill you with joy.

During the festival, Påfuglen also offers a special flower menu to complete the experience.

Pan-seared scallops
with herb sauce flavored with elderflower vinegar. Served with rye bread crumble and fresh herbs.
Stuffed guinea fowl
served with seasonal vegetables, new potatoes, and chicken jus. Garnished with cornflowers and bachelor's buttons.
Apple tart
served with vanilla ice cream, apple chips, and caramel toffee. Decorated with pansies.
