The two former Tivoli stars Frederik and Xenius (both with the surname Mønster Berner Nielsen) return to Tivoli for a day when they visit the Live Kitchen.
Since 2020, the married couple have run Restaurant MøBer on the Danish Island Fyn where they focus on the magnificent local ingredients. Frederik's kitchen is characterized by his experiences from Restaurant Bind, L'Auberge de l'Ill, The Royal House in Denmark and Nimb Event, while Xenius makes sure to set the perfect atmosphere for the food experience.
In the Live Kitchen they will, together with their talented apprentice Marie, focus on the delicious Danish ingredient in season right now: asparagus.
