Frederik is sous chef at Cakenhagen and originally educated as a chef. In 2018, he won the Pastry Guild's Cake of the Year competition, and you may have seen him in the Danish tv-program Sukkertoppen. Sofie has been an apprentice at Cakenhagen for 2.5 years and will complete her education in May next year.
