In collaboration with Nimb's skilled executive chef and gastronomic developer, Samat Wibunnattiphong, they will together create a terrific Four Hands Dinner based on French cuisine and with a focus on taste, expertise, and the very best ingredients.
Brian Mark Hansen and Samat Wibunnattiphong have put together a menu where they have both composed the most delicious and completely unique appetizers and dishes.
We welcome you with champagne and salty snacks, followed by two delicious appetizers and a terrific 5-course menu with a uniquely adapted wine menu. To finish, there will be a sweet chocolate treat from Cakenhagen.
