On Saturday May 13, Tivoli welcomes this year's Food Festival. Joining the celebration is Bocuse D’Or winner Brian Mark Hansen who will open the festival with us.
Brian Mark Hansen, together with Tivoli's beloved Pjerrot, Harlekin and Columbine, will cut the cord and officially open the Tivoli Food Festival.
The Open Air Stage will be buzzing with life when local food producers from Odsherred (FiO) hosts the Spring Market. Discover the many delicious local ingredients and products and taste the best from the region.
Tivoli's own orchestra, led by Kapellmeister Peter Jensen, will play a swinging round of spring jazz, while Annette Heick, as host and soloist, will sing well-known melodies.
The opening is completed with Tivoli Gardens' festive parade starting in front of the stage before they march in parade through the Gardens with live music.
