Prior to their concert on the open air stage, Plænen, the Tivoli Youth Guard Band makes a short parade through the Gardens.
The 90 members of the Tivoli Youth Guard aged 9-16 years all attend the Tivoli Youth Guard music school. At the weekends they march in their bright red uniform jackets, white trousers and bearskin hats, entertaining visitors to the Gardens.
