Sugar bingo with pastry chef Mette Blomsterberg

Every Sunday during the festival we will be throwing a big sugar bingo event on Plænen. Today’s host is Mette Blomsterberg, a Danish pastry chef, cookbook author and former judge on The Great Danish Bakeoff.

Arranged alongside Absalon, Copenhagen’s favourite community space there will be sugar quizzes, music and lots of sweet prizes.

Mette will also be in the HTH Live Kitchen making some sweet rhubarb delights on this day.

Please note that all of the festival events are in Danish.
