On the occasion of Iceland's Memorial Day on 17 June, don’t miss out on a unique opportunity to experience fine Icelandic dining in Tivoli, when Iceland's most acclaimed chef, Gunnar Gislason, teams up with the winner of the Michelin Guide's Young Chef Award, Christoffer Sørensen from restaurant Studio in Copenhagen.
Two star chefs, one unique menu
Gunnar Gislason, head chef at Icelandic Michelin restaurant, Dill, visits the Japanese Tower in Tivoli, where Christoffer Sørensen and the team from restaurant STUDIO runs a pop-up during May and June. Together, the two star chefs have created a unique, once in a lifetime, menu full of Icelandic flavors and ingredients with Christoffer Sørensen's added Nordic / Asian twist. The menu is set at 2500 DKK which includes nine servings, wine menu and coffee. Please see the menu below.

Gunnar Gislasson will return as planned to the Japanese Tower on 1 August, where he and his team from Dill open their pop-up, but the Memorial Day menu is only available this specific date.

2. Fresh greens, fermented cabbage, tindur cheese
3. Squid with baked onions
4. Barley, salt-baked roots, dulse, mushrooms
5. Catch of the day with vegetable fricassée
6. Two different servings of cod
