Come join the “Smørrebrødsfest” at our restaurant Fru Nimb. Enjoy three servings of classic as well as more modern open-faced sandwich creations. Included in the price are beer, water and wine in copious amounts (schnapps can be bought on the day). The table is yours for two hours after which you are welcome to take a stroll in our spring-scented Garden.

Spiced marinated herring from Christiansøpigen with spiced onion-tomato compote, capers and pork crumble
Fried breaded fillet of fish served on rye bread with remoulade, dill and lemon
"Sun over Fru Nimb" with salad of hot-smoked mackerel, radishes topped with egg yolk and cress

Fru Nimb's chicken salad with fried mushrooms, crispy fried bacon and watercress
Tartar of beef on toasted rye bread with pickles, horseradish and béarnaise dust
Fru Nimb’s version of beefsteak with fried onions, fried eggs and pickle, topped with rye bread croutons
Third serving
Deep-fried Camembert cheese with blackcurrant compote
The season’s trifle with vanilla cream and candied nuts
Coffee punch with white chocolate siphon and "Gode råd" butter cookies
This event is held in collaboration with Danish bread brand Schulstad and food wholesaler Hørkram.
