The edible garden

Have you ever tried a juicy tomato straight off the stem? Doesn’t get much better than that. There’s so much more to a garden than its lush prettiness - it can also be very delicious. That aspect will be our focus during the Garden and Flower Festival, where there will be extensive chili and tomato as well as herb and flower tastings with Gartneri Toftegaard. Tivoli has its own “garden in the garden” in the shape of the restaurant Gemyse which you can enjoy with your eyes as well as your mouth. They will be preparing delicious servings over open fire and you can join in on the fun too. Or drop by some of our workshops where you can learn, among other things, how to make your own perky cider from fallen apples.
