This event will highlight rhubarb as famous pastry chef Mette Blomsterberg transforms the tart spring sprout into little heavenly mouthfuls.
Mette Blomsterberg is a Danish pastry chef, cookbook author and former judge on The Great Danish Bakeoff. She will also be hosting the big Sugar Bingo on Plænen on this day.
