German pastry chef Markus Grigo will be demonstrating how to make chocolate bonbons while sharing some of the techniques required to get that shiny surface and perfect snap. He will also be providing some tasty samples once the demonstration is over.
Markus Grigo is German born but based in Denmark, where he has been appearing on TV as a judge on The Great Danish Bakeoff since 2017.
