We’re highlighting food waste and sharing insights from the good people behind FødevareBanken - a non-profit organisation that redistributes “leftovers” from the food industry to people in need.
Drop by the event to test your knowledge on their food waste quiz and try some koldskål (a Danish dessert often served around summer time) and banana pancakes made from perfectly edible leftovers.
Please note that all of the festival events are in Danish.
