Chef Casper Sobczyk will be focusing on “greasy cuisine” by preparing a stadium menu extraordinaire ahead of the Champions League finals: spring rolls with ChuChum and ponzu sauces alongside cornflake-crusted chicken with aïoli and nordic coleslaw.
Meanwhile, Casper will be answering all of your questions and sharing his best tips for cooking greasy food.
The theme is in honour of the Champions League finals which you can watch on our big outdoor screen later that day - with lots of on-site shenanigans.
