Join Cakenhagen’s pastry chef trainees Line Andersen and Sofie Holm Schultz in the kitchen as they walk the audience through Cakenhagen’s signature lemon tart and the classic Tivoli cake step by step. Afterwards you will get a copy of the recipes to light up your tea time at home.
Cakenhagen is Tivoli’s own Danish patisserie with a French twist. Find it in two locations, one accessible from Vesterbrogade and the other inside the Tivoli Gardens.
