Competition conditions for drawing the competition for Tivoli Flower Festival 2022.
Participants
The competition is open to everyone who is over 18 years old and who is resident in Denmark. We therefore reserve the right to verify the age of each winner. Employees of Tivoli A/S and members of their households may not participate in the competition. Only one e-mail may be entered per winner. We therefore reserve the right to check how many e-mails are used per participant. If the same entrant wins on multiple different emails, the prize will be void and a new winner will be drawn.
Competition period and conditions
The competition does not cost money to participate in, but is part of the entrance ticket to Tivoli. You can take part in the competition from 27 August to 11 September 2022. You take part in the competition by registering with your name and e-mail on the provided cover napkin. If the participant is under 18 years of age, the name and e-mail must be registered for an accompanying person over 18 years of age. The napkin is free and included in the entrance ticket.
Prizes and raffles
The following prizes will be awarded, which will be found in a draw in week 37. The winners will be notified directly by e-mail provided. There is one prize consisting of 1 Tivoli Card Gold + 4 Tour Passes and 1 book 'Tivoli - An adventurous blooming garden' for the following value: 1 Tivoli Card Gold + 4 Tour Passes. Value: DKK 2330. The prize will be sent to the winner by mail. Lots will be drawn in week 37. Tivoli will pay the winnings tax that may apply to prizes with a value of over DKK 750.
1 book 'Tivoli - An adventurous blooming garden'. Value: DKK 399. The prize can be collected at the Tivoli Box Office on presentation of an email about the prize and a valid ID. The prize can be collected during Tivoli's opening hours. If the prize is not collected before 30 September 2022, the prize will expire and can no longer be claimed.
If you win
The winners of the competition will be notified directly by e-mail. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us at info@tivoli.dk

To participate, you must provide your name and e-mail to Tivoli, which is the data controller (Tivoli A/S, Vesterbrogade 3, 1630 Kbh V). The information is only used for running the competition and is not shared with third parties. The information is processed pba. GDPR art. 6 pieces. 1, letter b.
