Join Swedish alcoholic beverage specialists Fruktstereo as they guide you through the world of cider brewing. You will learn how to mash, juice and ferment your own cider.
Along the way you will be introduced to all steps in the cider making process as well as sample some of Fruktstereo’s own wines and ciders.
The workshop includes a makeshift DIY cider kit with measuring equipments, fermenting tank and bottles so you can enjoy your own homemade cider come springtime.
During the workshop there will be coffee, tea and snacks from the kitchens at restaurant Gemyse.
Note: The workshop is in Danish.
