Dom Pérignon enjoys an almost mythical status within and beyond the region of Champagne. “Come quick - I drink stars”, the monk Pierre Pérignon (1638-1715) famously said. There is also plenty of stardust to look forward to when Nimb Bar hosts a tasting of three different champagnes from Dom Pérignon. Quite extraordinary, one of the house winemakers will be with us live via big screen. The representative will guide us through the elegant wines and delve into the history and proud traditions of the house. There will be an opportunity to ask questions to the representative during the tasting. The event will also mark the Danish premiere of the new Dom Pérignon from the 2012 super vintage, just as there will be a unique opportunity to taste the exceptional Dom Pérignon Vintage 2003 Plénitude 2. So, there is every reason to highlight this event in your calendar. All three champagnes from Dom Pérignon will be accompanied by a luxurious culinary serving that reflects the high quality of the champagnes:
