The Schackleton Trio is a sparkling mix of folk music, Americana and their own material, instrumentally inspired by folk music from England, the USA and Scandinavia. The trio consists of Georgia Schackleton on the violin, guitarist Aaren Bennett and Nic Zuppardi on the mandolin. The three musicians' different backgrounds are reflected in a repertoire containing pig farmer Fred Rooke's song and an English poem from 1611. They have toured Europe and Scandinavia, and we are looking forward to their first visit to Tivoli.
