Traditional girl power from Finland – that is how the members of Enkel describe their music. However, it is fair to say that the four girls' take on tradition is unconventional. The band spans two harmonicas, one kantele, a violin and four personalities, each with a strong voice. Their debut album was Finnish Folk Music Album of the Year in 2016, and last year their second album, We Are Enkel, also received impressive reviews. They like to include dance in their shows, and their storytelling plays up and down the entire emotional register. Enkel is a band you have to hear live!
