Mathias Heise with the Tivoli Ensemble

Every Wednesday in the Orangery, enjoy some of today's best Danish jazz performers backed by the Tivoli Ensemble under the leadership of conductor Peter Jensen. During May and June, enjoy the magic Mathias Heise creates with his harmonica. Together with the Tivoli Ensemble, he will browse the songbook of Danish music and perform lounge-jazz instrumental versions of Danish songs. Expect everything from classical music by Carl Nielsen through CV Jørgensen's rock songs to Povl Kjøller's jazz classics for children of all ages.
