1. Can I change the date of my Ride Pass?

Yes, but you can only change the date of your Ride Ticket once per purchase. Your Ride Ticket is initially valid for the chosen visit date, but you can change the date on unredeemed tickets up to 14 days after the originally intended visit date. Ride Ticket changes must be made in person at a Tivoli Gardens ticket booth on the day you wish to visit the Gardens.

As an example, if you initially purchased a Ride Ticket for 1 April and want to change to 11 April, visit a ticket booth on 11 April to exchange and use your ticket. Please be aware that the price of the new Ride Ticket may differ from your original purchase price and any difference for a cheaper Ride Ticket will not be refunded.

Ride Ticket changes can only be made within the same calendar year.

  2. Can you buy a Ride Pass that doesn't have to be used on a specific date?

No, that is no longer possible.
Special business agreements are available with Tivoli Gardens where Ride Passes can be valid for specific seasons or the whole year. However, this will always be indicated on the Ride Pass.

  3. Why do Ride Pass prices vary?

Ride Pass prices vary based on the visit date and, in some cases, also based on the time of entry into Tivoli Gardens. Tivoli aims to incentivise guests to plan their visits during less busy periods.

  4. How do I find the cheapest Ride Pass?

You can check the visitor calendar at Tivoli.dk or the Tivoli app where there is an overview of prices for individual opening days. Some visiting periods are cheaper than others. You save when purchasing a package that includes Entrance Ticket + Ride Pass. The specific savings will be listed during your purchase.

  5. I haven't used my Ride Pass. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, purchased Ride Tickets are non-refundable. However, you can change the date of your unredeemed Ride Ticket to a new date up to 14 days after the originally intended visit date. To do this, you'll need to visit a Tivoli Gardens ticket booth in person on the day you wish to use the Ride Ticket.

For example, if your Ride Ticket is for 1 April and you want to change the date to 11 April, visit the ticket booth on 11 April to exchange and use the ticket. Please note that the price of the new Ride Ticket may be higher or lower than your original purchase, and differences for cheaper Ride Tickets will not be refunded.
