Restaurant Herman
Restaurant Herman's menu is redolent with references to the traditional Danish cuisine: "Captain's Stew", "Burning Love", and liver pâté - but here, the pâté is made of foie gras. At Herman, the classic Danish culinary traditions both inspire and integrate with the chef's thoroughly international cuisine.
In March 2009, chef Thomas Herman and his staff were honoured with the greatest recognition a restaurant can hope for when they were awarded a star by the Michelin Guide. And in November 2009, Restaurant Herman was chosen Restaurant of the Year by the Danish Michelin equivalent, the "Gudme Raaschou Spiseguide".
Restaurant Herman seats 40 guests.
