Climate and Energy Days
It is easier to understand science, climate and energy when you use your whole body to learn and not just your head. Therefore, in September 2009, Tivoli, Vestas and DONG Energy held Climate and Energy Days for schoolchildren in grades 6 to 9. Teaching material was prepared so that the pupils could prepare in advance, and then, in Tivoli, they were able to do different experiments. One of the experiments was to investigate what happens if you take a glass of water up the Golden Tower with you. The Golden Tower is a free-fall ride. It was very funny and there were lots of wet trousers on the ride on those days.
