NIMB
Once upon a time Nimb was the jewel in the crown amongst Tivoli's restaurants. Following a major refurbishment it re-opened in the shape of a Gastronomic palace of unprecedented dimensions on 1 May 2008. For the first time in history there is a hotel within the heart of Tivoli gardens.
No expense has been spared in transforming Nimb into a luxury hotel offering casual dining, gourmet restaurant, bar, vinoteque, dairy, meeting rooms and conference & banqueting facilities.
The famous period Moorish style facade at Nimb with it's towers and minarets has been brought back to it's former glory. The process requiring specialist crafts and skills was carried out by experts from Italy. Changes to the building facing Bernstorffsgade are particularly noticeable with the facade being opened up in such a way that passers by will be able to visibly follow the production of the house brands throughout the year.
Hotel within the heart of Tivoli gardens:
For the first time in history it is possible to check into a small luxury hotel within the heart of Tivoli gardens. "Hotel Nimb" consists of 13 suites with views over the historic gardens. All rooms are individually designed with open fire places and antique furniture along with attention to every detail.
"Our aim is to join the world league of small and truly luxurious city boutique hotels. We at Nimb regard our hotel as being outside of any category, or in other words, we will make our guests forget that they are staying in a hotel. The concept of luxury and service is based on making everything as personable and outstanding as possible. Only the best is good enough and our service level will be paying as much attention to detail and personal requirements that the individual prefers" says Helena Thomsen, Managing Director.
Accommodation costs from 3500 DKK per night.
