The Paul

The Paul is situated in the Glass Hall Theatre.

In March 2004 The Paul was awarded a star in the food lovers bible; Guide Michelin. The star still shines bright above The Paul who continues to hold its status as a Michelin restaurant in 2010.

Home made, delicious snacks are served in the lounge bar while the guests browse over the extensive menu. Here you can enjoy top class cuisine on level with any major city in Europe. Food of superior quality and craftsmanship along with an exclusive wine cellar and a staff of the highest reputation: The Paul is the place for extravagant luxury!

"This time it's personal" is the in-house motto. The restaurant is named after and run by Paul Cunningham, whose first ambition is to provide his guests with an intense experience.

The Paul seats 70 persons and a cosy lounge bar.
