Bryggeriet Apollo is a restaurant with in-house brewery. An ancient tradition, brought back to life again. We only serve our own delicious draughts, home brewed, well tempered and pure. Enjoy them with fresh herrings, juicy spare ribs, pepper steaks, culotte, skewers, plaice from the oven and our very own aquavit made from beer. Please note, that there is no access from inside Tivoli.
