PRE–OPENING SERVICES

This stage covers the training of operations and maintenance personnel, establishment of operations and maintenance procedures and manuals, loading of operations furniture, fixtures, and equipment; and the stocking of all inventories required for operations.

In agreement with the client, Tivoli International can assist in providing a team to provide pre-opening operational consulting services for the organizational development and operational planning.
