Welcome

To ensure a pleasant, enjoyable and safe stay at Tivoli Gardens for all our visitors, we kindly ask you to observe the following park regulations.
Please show consideration towards others, and please take good care of yourself, your children, and belongings. Tivoli Gardens reserve the right to expel visitors who contravene park regulations or who do not follow instructions given by Tivoli Gardens' personnel.
Access to the Gardens is granted to holders of valid tickets and Tivoli Season Passes. If you leave the Gardens and wish to return on the same day a new ticket must be purchased.
Tivoli Gardens' personnel is at your service and will be happy to assist with advice and information – you are always welcome to ask.

For security reasons, Tivoli Gardens reserve the right to search bags and pockets. Objects that can be used as weapons are not allowed.
Should you require first aid, a trained nurse will always be on duty during opening hours. Please contact the nearest Tivoli Gardens employee for help.
Tivoli Gardens reserve the right to expel persons under the influence of alcohol who are either a danger to safety or a nuisance to other visitors. Visitors are not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages into Tivoli Gardens.

Behaviour that may offend other visitors is not permitted. Conduct that may compromise safety or cause damage to facilities or the Gardens is not allowed.
Food and beverage not purchased on the premises can only be enjoyed in designated areas and at designated restaurants.
Visitors must be fully dressed and wear shoes. Walking bare-foot or topless is not permitted.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Please show consideration.
Do not damage the vegetation, pick flowers or break branches in the Gardens.
Children as well as adults must use the toilet facilities. Please show consideration towards the when using toilets designated for the handicapped.
Please do not litter. Use the litter bins.
Roller-skates, bicycles and skateboards are not allowed in Tivoli Gardens. Dogs are only allowed on designated pet days. Guide dogs are always welcome.

Visitors must observe regulations pertaining to individual amusements. Follow the instruction signs and instructions given by Tivoli Gardens' personnel. Please observe the following:
Certain restrictions apply to individual amusements in regard to age, height and physical condition. Observe the instructions listed at each amusement.
Embarking and disembarking amusements must only take place in the designated areas. Visitors may neither disembark nor stand up during rides.
Loose objects must be safely secured during rides. Follow instructions given by the Tivoli Gardens' personnel.
Reckless behaviour that may compromise safety is not tolerated.
Buckles and other security devises must be fully fastened during the entire ride.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances are not granted access to Tivoli Gardens' amusements.

Audio or video equipment that may infringe on copyrights pertaining to individual performing artists may not be used.
Please respect the cordoned areas. Show consideration towards other visitors and observe instructions given by Tivoli Gardens' personnel.
Failing to observe park regulations is subject to prosecution under law.
